Barista-Roaster in Prague

We are looking for a charismatic and highly attractive Barista-Roaster to join our friendly team. You will be responsible for developing our coffee shop and handling the coffee roasting process.

Key responsibilities:

• Roast coffee or learn how to roast coffee.
• Interact with guests at the hub and prepare beverages.
• Sell packaged coffee and branded products.
• Handle cash register reports and maintain a clean and tidy bar.
• Work with the team on the product range and development of the coffee shop.
• Conduct cuppings, tastings for customers, and organize coffee-related events.
• Assist with other hub processes (marketing initiatives, warehouse assistance, etc.).
