Peru El Cedro — unfolds with flavors of pomelo, strawberry, and ripe yellow apricot.
Congo Nyamasasa — bright notes of lemon tart and apricot.
Costa Rica V&G San Juanillo — hints of raspberry, mango, and calvados.
Burundi Businde — tones of plum, rum, and persimmon.

What do you need to do to enjoy every note of these exquisite varieties?

Heat water to 96°C or let boiled water cool slightly.
Open the drip packet and place it over your favorite mug.
Pour the first portion of water (90 ml) to the edges and let it drip through. Then pour the second portion (90 ml) the same way.
Once the water has fully passed through, remove the drip bag and stir the coffee with a spoon.
Let the drink cool slightly — and enjoy your first sip!
