The main feature of the DOTYK DRIPPER pourover is the temperature regime, the loss of temperature during brewing helps to reduce the release of bitter substances at the last stage of brewing. Therefore, any method of processing coffee can be brewed in a pourover at high temperatures (over 98 degrees).
The holes, which are located over the entire area of the pourover, help the coffee to degas quickly and evenly during brewing. Also, coffee begins to aerate (get saturated with air) already during brewing.
