The Hario-V60 Set is everything you need for making high-quality filter coffee in one package.
The set includes a transparent plastic Hario V60 02 pour-over, a server, a measuring spoon, and filters.
The server is made of borosilicate glass, with a capacity of 600 ml. The set is made in Japan.
Coffee Brewing Recipe in the Pour-Over:
Take a paper pour-over filter, fold it along the seam, unfold it, and insert it into the Hario pour-over. Place the pour-over on a cup, wet the filter, and the Hario pour-over itself with a small amount of hot water to ensure there are no dry spots on the filter. Pour out the water accumulated in the cup.
Add ground coffee to the center of the filter.
Place the pour-over on a scale and reset the value to zero - the scale will help measure the volume of poured water (1 gram = 1 ml).
Slowly pour the remaining water, moving in a spiral from the center to the outer part.
