Probat has been producing coffee roasting equipment since 1869 and has become a market leader over this time. Today, more than half of the coffee roasting machines produced worldwide are made at the Probat factory.

Probat's roasters come with the Pilot Shop Roaster control program, which displays real-time roasting parameters such as time, temperature, roasting strength and automatically saves roasting profiles. This helps automate the process of replicating the same recipe for each batch and achieving consistent roasting.

The client enters into a direct contract with the factory and handles the supply independently. We act as agents, assist in selecting the characteristics of roasters and models, provide advice on equipment startup. If necessary, we can provide additional services for commissioning and maintenance.
Turnkey ordering and delivery
Supply through our company. We take on the responsibility for equipment delivery and customs clearance.
