At 25 Coffee Roasters, we’ve always been about more than just coffee. For us, it’s not only about the beans, roasting, or sales — it’s about stories, experiments, and discoveries.
Now, we’re launching a new line of specialty coffee: “So spesh” — lots that truly stand out from anything you’ve ever tasted before.
It’s coffee so rare, you’ll only find it among a select group of roasters around the world — and sometimes only on the shelves of 25 Coffee Roasters. These are coffees with unique fermentation methods, incredible botanical varieties, and the stories of farmers who aren’t afraid to push boundaries. Every coffee is a small but powerful experience, turning your cup into something truly different. Because where there’s experimentation — there’s more flavor, more excitement, and a whole lot more joy ;)
We’re not here for “just good coffee.” We want to explore, take risks, discover new things — and share it all with you. We believe coffee is an endless space for creativity: from rare botanical varieties and innovative processing to up-and-coming regions and farmers who are reshaping the rules of the coffee world.
So yep, this is a challenge. So spesh is your invitation into the next-level world of specialty coffee — for everyone who shares our curiosity, loves trying new things, and wants to keep learning and evolving.
And this journey begins right now — with Colombia El Diviso (Ombligon variety arabica).
This variety is considered genetically related to Ethiopian heirlooms, and some local Colombian experts believe it may have emerged as a natural mutation of Pacamara, Bourbon, or Castillo. It’s resistant to leaf rust, high-yielding, and has strong potential for scaling — but for now, it’s available to only a handful of producers worldwide.
But here’s the best part — Colombia El Diviso is already live on our website, and at the moment, you can only try this masterpiece at 25 Coffee Roasters. It’s not available anywhere else in Ukraine ;)
We’d love to introduce you to this unique coffee in more depth — so click below and check out our full article dedicated to El Diviso. We’ve shared all the “whys,” the “wows,” and the “no way!” moments ;)
