Brewing Instructions:

1. Heat water to 96°C (205°F), open the drip packet, and place it on your cup. Pour the first portion of water (40 ml) and let it drip through. Add the second portion of water (70 ml) to the edges and let it drip through.
2. Repeat the pouring (another 70 ml). When the water has completely dripped through, remove the drip packet from the cup and stir the coffee with a spoon.
3. Let it cool slightly, and enjoy!
