Brewing recipe:

1. Heat the water to 96°C, open the drip packet, and place it on your cup. Pour the first portion of water (40 ml) and let it drain, then add the second portion of water (70 ml) to the top and let it drain as well.
2. Repeat the pouring (another 70 ml). Once the water has fully drained, remove the drip packet from the cup and stir the coffee with a spoon.
3. Let it cool slightly, and that's it — enjoy :)
