This coffee is grown at altitudes of 1200–1500 meters in the Copan region of Corquin, where the farmers of the Aruco cooperative care deeply for every single bean. Thanks to the washed processing method, the beans retain their clean, light flavor, and the cooperative's special station uses environmentally sustainable technologies. For fermentation, they use eco-friendly equipment with minimal water consumption, and the beans are dried with hot air produced by burning coffee husks.
