For Aravia, we selected the finest Arabica varieties from renowned coffee regions in Ethiopia and Brazil — Sidamo and Minas Gerais, Sao Paulo. Interestingly, nearly all coffee plantations in Brazil are situated on plains, whereas in Ethiopia, coffee is grown at heights up to 2200 meters above sea level. It's like the yin and yang of coffee ))
