What do you need to do to experience the full range of these extraordinary flavors?

Heat your water to 96°C (or let boiling water cool slightly);
Open the drip packet and place it on your favorite cup;
Pour the first portion of water (90 ml) to the top, let it drip, then pour a second portion (90 ml) the same way;
Once all the water has dripped through, remove the drip packet and stir the coffee;
Let the drink cool a little and — voilà!
