Key responsibilities:

• Create and implement the company’s development strategy;
• Engage in strategic and tactical management, including addressing and solving ongoing company tasks;
• Manage the finance department and prepare financial reports;
• Work closely with the marketing department and participate in generating ideas for sales growth;
• Launch new products and directions;
• Analyze the performance of departments and the effectiveness of marketing tools;
• Enjoy the fast-paced work environment, the job, and the results.

We expect you to have:

• Management experience and specific achievements in your background;
• An understanding of how marketing impacts sales levels and familiarity with marketing tools;
• Ideally, you are financially literate and familiar with financial reports;
• Experience working with CRM systems, 1C, and advanced skills in Excel;
• Self-organization, goal-orientation, analytical thinking, a high level of responsibility, and leadership qualities.
