HR manager

Due to the expansion of the company, we are looking for an active and creative HR Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Find the right people for our team.
• Manage employee adaptation.
• Resolve current organizational issues (e.g., calculate workloads, create motivation systems, analyze employee performance, etc.).
• Create documents regulating processes.
• Be a support and psychologist for colleagues, help ensure a positive work environment.
• Enjoy your work and results ;-)

We expect:

• An honest, open, and responsible person.
• At least 1 year of experience as an HR Manager and recruitment experience.
• Persistence, creativity, self-organization, stress resilience, diplomacy, and excellent organizational skills.
