Barista

Today, we are expanding our geography and launching our first European coffee hub in Prague (located in Praha Sedlec). All guests will be able to see the entire roasting process, enjoy a delicious cup of coffee, and spend quality time in a cozy atmosphere.

We are building our team and looking for a highly charismatic and attractive barista who will create an amazing atmosphere in the hub and brew delightful coffee beverages.

What we expect from you:

• Experience as a barista;
• A desire for growth (in coffee, professionally, and financially);
• Willingness to be versatile, especially in the early stages;
• Fluency in Czech;
• A love for coffee in your heart!

Key responsibilities:

• Engaging with hub visitors and preparing drinks;
• Selling packaged coffee and branded products;
• Managing cash reports and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar;
• Hosting cuppings and tastings for customers;
• Assisting in other hub processes (e.g., helping with order fulfillment).
