Project Manager

What you'll need to do:

• Organize the department’s work and ensure the execution of plans
• Implement new ideas and strategies to develop the direction
• Work on marketing with marketers
• Work with analytics and reports to ensure sales
• Participate in negotiations with clients

What we expect:

• At least 2 years of experience in sales with proven results
• Strong organizational skills, the ability to work in and with a team
• Responsibility, results-oriented, fast-paced work approach
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills
• A desire for personal development and to help grow the company and product
• Ideally, you are based in Kharkiv or Bratislava
• Understanding of the coffee market in Ukraine and Europe is a plus
