The vibrant HARIO pour-overs are a modern embodiment of classic Japanese design, combining elegance of form with practicality. Thanks to the cone-shaped funnel that holds the paper filter and coffee grounds, hot water slowly drips through the coffee and gradually into the container below.

Recipe for making coffee with a pour-over:

1. Take a paper filter for the pour-over, fold it along the seam, unfold it, and insert it into the Hario pour-over. Place the pour-over on a cup, wet the filter and the Hario pour-over with a small amount of clean hot water so that there are no dry spots on the filter. Pour out the accumulated water in the cup.
2. Pour ground coffee into the center of the filter.
3. Place the pour-over on a scale and reset it to zero – the scale will help measure the volume of water poured (1 gram = 1 ml).
4. Pour a little hot water to wet the ground coffee (the water should not exceed the level of the coffee). Wait 20-30 seconds.
5. Slowly pour in the remaining water, moving in a spiral from the center to the outer part.
