You know, there are moments when you can truly become a hero for someone. Not in a movie, not in a comic book — but here and now. Just by donating your blood.
Blood donation is simple and incredibly important. A small step for you, a big support for someone else.
At 25 Coffee Roasters, together with the "Blood Agents", we've decided to support this mission: every blood donor in Lviv gets a free coffee drip. Because after such an important act, a sip of delicious coffee is more than deserved :)
How to become a blood donor
You don’t need to know much to donate blood, but there are a few key things to keep in mind:
Bring your documents — passport and tax code. If you have an ID card, you'll also need a registration extract. The center has an ID reader.
You must be between 18 and 60 years old, and weigh at least 55 kg. The rest is up to the doctor.
For two days before your donation, avoid fatty, fried, smoked foods, and alcohol. This helps make your blood safer and more useful for those who receive it. You can find more details about donation prep and a recommended diet on the official Blood Agents website → here.
