Brewing instructions:

1. Heat water to 96 degrees, open the drip packet, and place it on a cup. Pour the first portion of water (40 ml) and let it drain, then pour the second portion of water (70 ml) to the rim and let it drain as well.
2. Repeat pouring (another 70 ml). When the water has fully drained, remove the drip packet from the cup and stir the coffee with a spoon.
3. Let it cool slightly, and you're all set to enjoy. :)
