El Salvador Santa Ana (200 g) — coffee that smells like a summer garden: linden blossom, white grape, and light sweetness. And from the first sip you already know — this will be tender. Washed process, 1600–2000 m on the slopes of an active stratovolcano. Bourbon and Caturra varieties give a clean, elegant profile. Taste — juicy white grape, ripe plum, and delicate linden honey. Ethiopia Guji (200 g) — opens with notes of nectarine, rose jam, and Sicilian orange… but that comes later. First, you’ll fall in love with the rose aroma that has a boozy vibe — you’ll feel it as soon as you brew the first cup. Guji is a zone in southeastern Oromia. They grow amazing coffee there because the land was untouched forest for a very long time, making it extremely fertile.

Red berries, rosehip, lemongrass, and a touch of blackcurrant — sounds like a vibey summer mix that refreshes from the very first sip. The coffee grows in the Nyeri district, Central Kenya — right in the heart of Kenyan arabica. Plus, it’s one of the highest growing regions: these conditions are perfect for SL28, SL34, and Ruiru 11 varieties. Thanks to the altitude, rich volcanic soils, and stable climate, the coffee here turns out maximally bright and acid-juicy.
