Coffee roaster

We are looking for a coffee roaster to join our friendly team.

We are ready to train you if you have no roasting experience.

What you'll need to do:

• Roast and blend coffee;
• Participate in sourcing raw materials, cuppings for quality control, and developing blends and roasting profiles;
• Assist in receiving green coffee (unloading bags of green beans);
• Help with other production processes (e.g., packaging, order fulfillment) and marketing activities (e.g., events, coffee-related content).

What we expect from you:

• Experience as a barista or in coffee roasting;
• A strong desire to grow and develop in the coffee industry and a passion for coffee;
• Creativity, determination, and responsibility.
