Mexico La Concordia (1 kg) — washed process, 1300 m altitude, volcanic soils — all this gives a clean, soft, very enjoyable profile. Aroma — persimmon drenched in caramel. Taste — juicy persimmon, gooseberry, and warm caramel sweetness. Berry aftertaste, light, like a summer evening. Medium body — perfect for filter, but doesn’t lose its vibe with milk; on the contrary, it highlights all the flavor notes even more.

El Salvador Santa Ana (1 kg) — coffee that smells like a summer garden: linden blossom, white grape, and light sweetness. And from the first sip you already know — this will be tender. Washed process, 1600–2000 m on the slopes of an active stratovolcano. Bourbon and Caturra varieties give a clean, elegant profile. Taste — juicy white grape, ripe plum, and delicate linden honey. Honey aftertaste, warm, literally wrapping you in coziness.
