Preparation recipe:

• Heat the water to 96°C, open the drip packet and place it on your cup. Pour the first portion of water (40ml) and let it drip, then pour the second portion (70ml) to the edges and let it drip as well.
• Repeat the pouring (another 70ml). Once the water has completely dripped through, remove the drip packet from the cup and stir the coffee with a spoon.
• Let it cool a bit and enjoy :)
