El Salvador Santa Ana smells like a summer garden: linden blossom, white grapes and gentle sweetness. One sip in — and you know this is going to be soft and elegant.
Washed processing, 1,600–2,000 metres altitude on the slopes of an active stratovolcano. Bourbon and Caturra varieties deliver a clean, refined profile. Expect juicy white grapes, ripe plum and delicate linden honey. The finish is warm and honeyed, wrapping you in a calm, comforting aftertaste.
These beans grow on volcanic soils in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec region, where coffee trees live among clouds and mist. Santa Ana volcano offers more than stunning views — mineral-rich soils, altitude and a mild climate create ideal conditions. Farmers here know exactly what they’re doing, and they do it with heart.
