Head of the marketing department

• Developing marketing strategies and addressing key issues that will enable the company to grow both in Ukraine and Europe.
• Creating and managing department plans, as well as overseeing budgeting.
• Leading, motivating, and developing your team members.
• Managing department metrics and ensuring plans and goals are met.
• Generating bold ideas for promoting the company and developing sales, and bringing them to life with the team.
• Enjoying your work!

• Have experience managing a marketing department and creating a positive team atmosphere.
• Are self-confident and not afraid of challenges and difficulties; you have a fighting spirit.
• Love clarity and always streamline and systematize everything around you.
