Coffee by 25 Coffee Roasters for International Women's Day

A Ukrainian woman is a special phenomenon that has no analogues in the world. With their talent, women made a significant contribution to culture, art, politics, science, literature and many other spheres of life in their native country and the world.

For International Women's Day, we have prepared a limited line of 5 coffee items, which depict outstanding women of Ukraine: Kateryna Bilokur, Sofiya Okunevska, Solomiya Krushelnytska, Olena Kazimyrchak-Polonska and Marko Vovchok.

We also considered what coffee could these big women choose and "offered" them a delicious cup from our range.

On the eve of March 8, we consider it an honor to tell you about these women and remind you of the contribution they made to the development of Ukraine and Ukrainians.

< p>Kateryna Bilokur is an outstanding Ukrainian artist who found her way to success and fame thanks to her indomitable will and talent. She did not have any professional education and was self-taught, but this did not prevent her from creating many masterpieces of Ukrainian folk painting. Her paintings are distinguished by their unique beauty and original style, and the artist herself has become a symbol of national culture and art.

We would suggest Kateryna Bilokur to try the Bolivia Caranavi premium item with a chocolate-nut flavor, because you need something light and sweet for creative inspiration.

Olena Kazimyrchak-Polonska was in love with the sky. Made a significant contribution to the development of astronomy. She proved that the main factor that leads to changes in cometary orbits is the gravitational influence of large planets. Justified the hypothesis of capture of short-period comets by large planets. I found out the general regularities of the evolution of cometary orbits. She studied the movement of 35 short-period comets of different planetary families, taking into account their disturbances. In 1978, minor planet #2006 (2006 Polonskaya) was named after Polonskaya.

For Elena, we would make a cup of our premium - new Indonesia Sulawesi Kalossi with notes of nectarine, white cherry and cocoa, because you need to cheer up to explore the starry sky.

Sofia Okunevska-Morachevska - was one of the first doctors in the western regions of Ukraine, who initiated the treatment of oncological diseases with radium according to the method of Maria Sklodowska-Curie. She also created a dictionary of Ukrainian medical terminology, founded a school of obstetricians-gynecologists, courses for sisters of mercy. It is responsible for the development of methods for training medical personnel. Sofia Okunevska became a symbol of female strength and perseverance, which helped to improve medical care in Ukraine and set the path for the next generations of female doctors.

For Sofia Okunevska, we would choose the fragrant Ethiopia Kerisa Arabica with a sweet aftertaste, because delicious coffee can heal the soul and the heart.< /p>

Solomia Krushelnytska is a Ukrainian opera singer, one of the most outstanding tenors in the world in the first half of the 20th century. Krushelnytska gained worldwide fame thanks to her unsurpassed singing technique and musical talent. She sang on the most famous opera stages of Europe and America, in particular at the Metropolitan Opera in New York. For her contribution to the development of opera art and Ukrainian culture, Krushelnytska was awarded numerous awards and honorary titles, and music competitions and festivals were named after her.

< p>We think that Solomiya Krushelnytska would choose aromatic Tanzania Iyenga Arabica in Kemex, because she has a beautiful voice and beautiful coffee is the perfect tandem.

Marko Vovchok is the pseudonym of Maria Oleksandrivna Vilinska. Her works belong to three literatures — Ukrainian, Russian, and French, but she did the most for Ukrainian literature, enriching it with original works. She is the first female writer in Ukrainian literature who not only gained popularity and recognition, but also entered the circle of such well-known luminaries of Ukrainian literature as T. Shevchenko and P. Kulish. Vilinska is one of the first in Ukraine to speak out about women's rights. In her works, she showed the long-suffering life of a serf woman, who at that time was rather equated with a disenfranchised, oppressed and humiliated being.

We would suggest a cup of Kenya AB with the taste of pomegranate and strawberry jam to the outstanding writer, because its berry taste inspires creative achievements.

Friends, a limited line of coffee with outstanding women of Ukraine is not only a great way to support women who have made a significant contribution to our lives, but also to support the idea of gender equality and help women develop and achieve their dreams. We hope that this line of coffee will become an integral part of your celebration on March 8.

We thank all outstanding women and believe in every Ukrainian woman, because each one is strong, indomitable and capable of changing the world.
