Marketer

Location: Lviv

Format: office-based, full-time

We’re looking for a marketer — someone who will help us speak boldly and brightly.

Your role:

to build and maintain a positive brand image, manage communications, establish partnerships and media relations, and promote coffee culture with us.

Your key responsibilities:

Develop and implement PR strategies for 25 Coffee Roasters' products and brands
Build systematic relationships with media, influencers, and communities
Find partners for collaborations, handle communication, and provide support at all stages
Create engaging email campaigns that people actually read
Develop and implement a system to evaluate communication effectiveness
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align visual and textual messaging
Keep the company website updated with relevant and engaging content
Manage media product launches — from planning to feedback
Represent the brand at coffee festivals, events, and industry gatherings

We expect that you:

Have at least 1 year of experience in PR or marketing
Know how to evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and adapt accordingly
Are open to experimentation and hypothesis testing
Write well, think strategically, and don’t shy away from routine
Are flexible, adaptable, and result-oriented
