Brand Barista

Location: Lviv/Kharkiv (+ business trips, online participation in events)
Format: Full-time

We are looking for a Brand Chef Barista — an expert responsible for coffee quality, team development, and the expert presence of 25 Coffee Roasters in the market.

This role is for someone with strong coffee expertise, who can work with the product, train others, and represent the brand in client and partner interactions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensuring consistent coffee quality and preparation standards.

• Tasting new coffee batches (cuppings), working with flavors and profiles.

• Providing advisory support to baristas and coffee shops.

• Participating in meetings with B2B clients, online cuppings, and presentations.

• Team training: workshops, masterclasses, educational materials.

• Contributing to expert content creation (recipes, videos, guides).

• Representing the brand at coffee events, festivals, and tastings.

• Participating in the development of new drinks, menus, and products.

Our Expectations:

• At least 1 year of experience with specialty coffee, knowledge of alternative brewing methods and SCA standards.

• Deep understanding of coffee, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.

• Experience conducting trainings or teaching other baristas (an advantage).

• Strong communication skills and willingness to work with clients and partners.

• Responsibility, systematization, and the ability to maintain quality.

• Willingness to be a public representative of the brand.
