Brand Barista

If you already feel cramped and bored just making coffee behind the bar, we’re waiting for you to join our friendly and close-knit team.

We expect that you:

• have experience as a barista, know your beans well, brew alternative coffee, and live for coffee

• are a charismatic, open, and creative person, easy-going, happy to share your thoughts, love being on camera — and the camera loves you too :)

• aren’t afraid of multitasking, being versatile, or facing challenges

• are ready to work full-time on a stable schedule

What you’ll be doing — helping our brand barista, specifically:

• brainstorming and implementing brand promotion ideas together with our marketing team, taking part in marketing activities

• appearing in coffee videos, including reviews

• conducting training sessions at our barista school

• participating in launching new products (finding suppliers, developing new coffee items)

• helping clients with coffee-related questions, conducting audits and cuppings

• searching for and bringing to life ideas for the company's development

• enjoying your work and collecting achievements ;)
