Format: Office-based, full-time

You're a great fit if you:

• Have experience as a barista and are familiar with the specialty coffee world

• Brew coffee following SCA standards, have taken courses, or want to

• Can run cuppings according to SCA protocol and still love exploring coffee beans

• Are camera-friendly — you’re comfortable in Stories, TikToks, YouTube

• Show flexibility, resilience, punctuality, and a love for results

• Speak English or another language — that’s a bonus

What you’ll be doing:

• Brewing coffee — the 25 way: with care for the bean, the style, and every sip

• Creating content: appearing in videos, Stories, showing the brand from within

• Running cuppings, leading internal training, co-creating new products

• Collaborating with the marketing team — from idea to launch

• Helping shape seasonal menus and launching new items

• Representing us at festivals, events, and industry gatherings
