Head of Sales Department

We’re looking for a Head of Sales Department to join our team!

Your role – to become the driving force behind a new direction and lead it with passion and purpose. If you're a sales pro, excited about marketing, hungry for results and achievements, know how to organize processes, have experience working with a team, and are looking to grow professionally — welcome to our coffee-driven crew 

Your responsibilities:

• Build a sales strategy for Ukraine and Europe

• Set up and manage the sales department

• Launch and implement fresh ideas to grow the direction

• Collaborate with marketers on hypotheses and experiments

• Work with analytics and reporting, track key KPIs

• Participate in negotiations with clients

What we expect from you:

• 2+ years of successful sales experience

• Strong organizational and team leadership skills

• Responsibility, goal orientation, and a proactive work style

• Strategic thinking and analytical mindset

• Desire for personal and professional development

• Understanding of the coffee market in Ukraine and/or Europe is a plus :)
