Senior Barista

We are looking for a charismatic and energetic Senior Barista/Café Manager who is ready for more than just making coffee.

We expect you to:

• have experience as a café manager/senior barista/barista, know coffee beans well, brew alternative coffee, and live for coffee;

• be a highly responsible person that others can rely on;

• not be afraid of multitasking, versatility, and challenges;

• be ready to work full-time and consistently.

What you’ll be doing:

• developing the café (generating ideas to increase sales and customer flow, organizing coffee events, cuppings, running marketing campaigns, etc.);

• managing the bar assortment;

• preparing coffee drinks and selling packaged beans;

• enjoying your work!
