We are looking for an active and proactive HR Manager with a strong focus on recruitment, who can manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, work with the team, and build clear HR processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage 5–7 vacancies at the same time (full cycle: from brief to candidate onboarding).

  • Find the right people: sourcing, screening, interviews, and candidate communication.

  • Organize and support onboarding of new employees.

  • Work with basic HR analytics: workload, efficiency, turnover.

  • Participate in forming and updating motivation systems.

  • Create and maintain documents and internal rules regulating HR processes.

  • Be the go-to HR contact for the team on current organizational matters.

Our Expectations:

  • At least 1 year of experience as an HR Manager / Recruiter.

  • Practical experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills, responsibility, and diplomacy.

  • Self-organization, stress-resilience, and systematic thinking.
