How to make your purchases more rewarding? Use the new loyalty program from 25 Coffee Roasters

Hi! We’ve launched a new loyalty program and really want our coffee lovers to start saving on their orders as soon as possible!

Now at 25 Coffee Roasters, everything is simple: you order your favorites — we thank you with bonuses!

Coffee, tea, sweets, accessories — everything that goes into your cart on the website adds to your bonus balance. We are especially generous with bonuses for coffee orders, because we both know who’s the real star of your orders ;)

How the bonus system works

1 bonus = 1 hryvnia.

Bonuses are automatically credited for successful orders placed through your personal account on the website.

The system has levels — from 0 to 4.

Higher level — higher accumulation percentage.

All achieved levels never expire.

Your level depends on the number of orders over a certain period of time — the more often you place orders on the website and the longer you stay with us, the higher your level and the bigger the bonus percentage.

Bonus accrual

Bonuses are credited regardless of the payment method.

If you order regularly throughout the year, by December it’s realistic to reach 20% bonuses on every coffee order and continue accumulating them further.

Bonuses are NOT credited for:

— tasting sets

— combo sets

— charity coffee / drip coffee for the Armed Forces of Ukraine

— promotional items with a discount

If your cart contains both regular coffee and items from this list, bonuses are credited only for eligible products, not for the entire cart.

When using a promo code, you cannot write off or accumulate bonuses. You have to choose: either the promo code or bonuses.

Redeeming bonuses

Bonuses can be used to pay for up to 100% of an order.

However, an order cannot be completely free.

The minimum payable amount is 1 UAH.

That means:

• If your order totals 500 UAH and you also have 500 bonuses on your account, you can redeem 499 bonuses. 1 UAH will remain to be paid.
• If your order totals 500 UAH and you have 400 bonuses on your account, you can redeem 400 bonuses. 100 UAH will remain to be paid.

Important:

If, after redeeming bonuses, the amount due is ≤ 200 UAH, cash on delivery is not available for your order. Only online payment is available: LiqPay or bank transfer.

Personal account

Level — your current status in the bonus program.

Min. orders — the minimum number of orders within the specified period required to move to a new level.

Min. months — the minimum participation time in the program (in months) required for a level upgrade.

Bonus Specialty coffee (%) — the percentage of bonuses credited for purchases of coffee from the Specialty and So spesh lines.

Bonus Commercial Coffee (%) — the percentage of bonuses for purchases of Commercial products.

Bonus other (%) — the percentage of bonuses for other items in the assortment.

In the end, everything comes down to a very simple scheme: you don’t change your habits — you just start getting more from them.
