The farm La Guachoca is located in the canton of Las Cruces, municipality of Chalchuapa, Santa Ana near the Cerro Verde National Park, at an altitude of 1,465 meters above sea level. Its name is associated with birds living on the territory. The farm is characterized by a tropical climate and loamy soils. A family business with a 150-year history of coffee cultivation, Café Pacas has been collaborating with La Guachoca since 2008.
