Did you know that the Rwanda Murindababisha beans come from the Kabare area in the Akagera coffee region, where farmers are fortunate to have ideal conditions for coffee cultivation? Over 95% of the varieties here are Bourbon, which guarantees a sweet, berry, and spicy profile with strong floral notes! After harvesting, the cherries are cleaned and dried on African beds under the sun until they reach 12% moisture, a process that can take from 15 to 30 days depending on the weather. The beans are fermented with golden-colored mucilage, resembling honey, creating that genuine "Honey" mood :)
