This is not surprising since the SHG (Strictly High Grown) mark indicates that the Arabica is grown at over 1200 meters above sea level. At such an altitude, coffee trees have a longer growth cycle, allowing them to accumulate nutrients longer, resulting in more saturated and balanced flavors.

The first sip of Salvador Santa Ana will immediately transport you to the ocean shore, where nothing else exists: just you and the coffee with notes of chocolate, apricot, and hazelnut, beautifully complemented by bread-like undertones. This lot has a medium body and a pleasant chocolate-nut aftertaste that you will remember forever and ever.
