PR & Email-marketing manager

Key responsibilities:

• Creating, planning, and launching email campaigns (news, promos, onboarding, segmentation);

• Developing content plans for newsletters and CRM communications;

• Working with the subscriber base: segmentation, lead generation, analytics;

• Preparing PR activities and finding newsworthy topics;

• Collaborating with media: writing and distributing press releases;

• Building partnerships and collaborations with brands, organizations, and events;

• Contributing to content for the website and social media;

• Representing the brand at coffee events.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in PR or email marketing;

• Understanding of basic email analytics (open rates, clicks, segmentation) is a plus;

• Initiative, attention to detail, and responsibility in communication;

• Love for coffee is definitely appreciated.
