Team Lead SMM

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and creative SMM Team Lead to join our team.

If you know how to organize processes, have experience working with a team, and are eager to grow as a specialist — welcome to our marketing department ;)

Responsibilities:

• Organize the work of the SMM department and oversee the implementation of plans.
• Implement new ideas and strategies for the development of the direction.
• Work with analytics and reports, ensuring results in reach and sales from social media.
• Communicate with partners regarding SMM partnerships.

What we expect from you:

• Organizational skills, ability to work in and with a team.
• Experience in marketing or SMM for at least 2 years.
• Strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
• Trend-awareness and a developed sense of aesthetics.
• Understanding of the coffee market in Ukraine and Europe is a plus.
