This lot comes from the Oromia region, where coffee trees grow almost wild — surrounded by forest, fertile soil, and generations of farmers who know how to nurture a flavor you won't confuse with anything else. Most smallholder farmers harvest just five bags a year, making every portion as precious as gold. While coffee was once dried in the fruit and stored at home, the region now benefits from access to shared washing stations.
