Peru El Aliso — a bright and clean coffee with dominant notes of orange, yellow apple, and crème brûlée. This lot envelops you in coziness and sweetness with its aroma of cherry, cocoa, and caramel. Peru El Aliso comes from the Callayuc and Cutervo provinces, where the Andes mountains create ideal conditions for growing particularly flavorful coffee.
Peru Jaén — coffee with an exotic combination of pineapple, Sicilian orange, and nectarine. Its citrus acidity, the spiciness of pink pepper, and a fruity aftertaste with a tea-like body make this lot exceptionally delicious and intriguing. It is grown in the San Ignacio region, renowned for its climate and high-altitude plantations.
Peru El Condor — coffee with vibrant notes of yellow apple, pear, and white wine. Its aroma of ripe fruits and brownie combined with a white grape aftertaste creates a rich and deep impression. Grown at an altitude of 1900-2000 meters in the Cajamarca region, this lot was the first major harvest for farm owner Jeremias Requejo.
