Ethiopia Idido Yirgacheffe is one of those coffees where you take the first sip and immediately know — this is something special.

This coffee comes from Yirgacheffe — the legendary region in southern Ethiopia, considered one of the birthplaces of Arabica.

Preparation Recipe:

1. Heat the water to 96°C, open the drip packet, and place it on your cup.
2. Pour the first portion of water (40ml) and let it drip through, then add the second portion (70ml) to the edges and let it drip through as well.
3. Repeat the pouring (another 70ml). Once all the water has dripped through, remove the drip packet from the cup and stir the coffee with a spoon.
4. Let it cool down a bit and — enjoy! :)
