Thanks to natural processing, Guatemala Medina fills your cup with the aroma of floral honey — delicate yet distinct. In the taste, you'll find notes of red apple, grape, and fresh gooseberry. The aftertaste is fruity, juicy, with a pleasant acidity.

Brewing recipe:

Heat the water to 96°C, open the drip bag and place it on your cup. Pour in the first portion of water (40ml) and let it drain. Then pour the second portion (70ml) to the brim and let it drain as well.

Repeat with another 70ml. Once all the water has passed through, remove the drip bag and stir the coffee with a spoon.
Let it cool a bit — and that’s it, enjoy :)
