Brewing Instructions:

1. Heat water to 96°C, open the drip bag and place it over your cup.
2. Pour the first portion (40 ml) and let it drain.
3. Then pour the second portion (70 ml) to the top and let it drain again.
4. Repeat with another 70 ml.

5. Once all the water has passed through, remove the drip bag and stir your coffee with a spoon. Let it cool slightly — and enjoy :)
