In the aroma of Rwanda Kivu — linden and black mulberry; in the cup — a juicy mix of blackberry, mulberry, and lemongrass. The balance of acidity & bitterness is perfect — that exact moment when you keep wanting to say: “one more sip, please”.

The pack contains 7 drips, and each one is a new portion of impressions you’ll want to return to again and again.

Brewing recipe:

• Heat the water to 96°C, open the drip bag and place it on the cup, pour the first portion of water (40 ml) and let it drip through, then add the second portion of water (70 ml) to the top and let it drip through as well.

• Repeat the pour (another 70 ml). When the water has fully drained, remove the drip bag from the cup and stir the coffee with a spoon.

• Let it cool slightly — and that’s it, enjoy :)
