Brewing instructions:

• Heat water to 96°C. Open a drip bag and place it over your cup. Pour the first portion of water (40ml) and let it drip through. Then, pour the second portion (70ml) up to the top of the filter and let it drip again.
• Repeat with a final pour of 70ml.
• Once all the water has passed through, remove the drip bag and stir the coffee with a spoon. Let it cool slightly — and enjoy :)
