What should you know about Mexico Esmeralda?
It’s a coffee with a warm vibe, where spices meet dark chocolate, and yellow apples add just the right touch of acidity. Nothing extra — just flavors playing together like old school and new wave.

Preparation Recipe:

1. Heat the water to 96°C, open the drip packet, and place it on your cup.
2. Pour the first portion of water (40ml) and let it drip through, then add the second portion (70ml) to the edges and let it drip through as well.
3. Repeat the pouring (another 70ml). Once all the water has dripped through, remove the drip packet from the cup and stir the coffee with a spoon.
4. Let it cool down a bit and — enjoy! :)
