How to properly prepare coffee at home

And even if you drink most of the time coffee in coffee shops, having a pack of freshly roasted coffee at home and knowing how to prepare it deliciously is always a winning story. After all, if it rains, snows or is lazy on a weekend, you can easily prepare a fragrant cup and enjoy the taste without rushing anywhere.

How brew coffee in a cup

Let's start with a simple one. Without devices, additional movements and complex manipulations. Coffee, cup, hot water. And even if you are used to making coffee at home, this method will help you on the road or at work, so remember.

  • Take coarsely ground coffee (the coffee particles should be the size of sugar crystals).
  • < li>In order for the drink to be saturated, we advise you to follow the proportion: 6-10 g of ground coffee per 100 ml of water.< /span>
  • Water. For a cleaner coffee taste, always use filtered or bottled water. Allow the boiling water to cool before pouring water over the coffee. The water should be around 93-96°C.
  • Wait about 4 minutes and stir.

How to make coffee in Turkish

  • We add purified/bottled water so that it fills the tank to the narrow part.
  • We put it on a small fire and wait until foam forms on top. It is very important to remove the Turk from the stove before the foam rises, so that the water does not have time to boil.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of cold water so that the mixture sinks to the bottom and pour into your favorite cup!

As you can see, there are no special secrets here, but observing the proportion, the correct grinding and water will help you prepare excellent coffee in a Turk without leaving home.

We hear quite often that people don't choose a geyser because they're afraid of explosions and don't quite understand how the thing works. In fact, it is a very simple and safe device that does not require much involvement in the process. It is important to choose the right coffee grind and do everything according to the instructions. We will help you with both points.

So :

  • Pour cleaned/bottled water in the lower flask to the valve.
  • Insert sieve and pour 9 g of coffee into it per 100 ml of water, depending on the size of the coffee maker. It is important not to tamp the coffee.
  • Turn a third of the coffee maker and put on the stove.
  • When from the top the coffee will begin to flow, you can take it off the stove.
  • Wait until all the coffee has flowed out and pour into the cup. Enjoy!
