Honduras Finca El Jardín — a natural-processed lot that captures the best of nature: sun, fresh air, and rich volcanic soil. The aroma of this lot opens with notes of plum, feijoa, and dark chocolate. On the palate, you’ll taste plum in chocolate and quince.
The beans are grown at 1100–1700 meters above sea level in the La Paz region on a farm managed by second-generation progressive farmer Mario Mejía.
Mario develops three farms — Finca El Coyote, Finca La Valentina, and Finca El Jardín — experimenting on each with terroir and processing methods to highlight the coffee’s unique notes: fruity, tropical, and chocolatey. Finca El Jardín combines innovation with nature: agroforestry practices and slow sun-drying create a complex, layered profile with tropical fruits, herbal spices, and a silky texture.
