What to do:
- manage the assortment and be responsible for the development of the specialty area;
- conduct negotiations with coffee suppliers;
- roast coffee;
- carry out cuppings, develop mixtures and roasting recipes;
- participate in the company's marketing (video shooting, coffee events, etc.);
- assist in other production processes (packing, assembly, shipment, etc.).

- mandatory experience in coffee roasting;
- a huge desire to develop and grow in the coffee field and coffee fanaticism;
