Co.means.coffee is our small coffee shop with a big heart and love for coffee in the center of Kharkiv.
We are looking for an energetic, positive and extremely attractive coffee shop manager to lead Co.means.coffee and make it a success.
Tasks:
- develop a coffee shop (manage indicators, develop various hypotheses and ideas);
- organize the work of the barista and manage the service;
- deal with product orders and all organizational issues;
- prepare coffee drinks for guests of the institution (if you do not have experience, we will teach you);
- sell coffee in packs, coffee products and other additional products;
- establish communication with guests and enjoy work.
We expect:
- you have experience in managing food establishments, ideally if you have previously participated in a start-up;
- you are interested in coffee development, you are ready to learn how to make coffee drinks;
- you have the talent to build communication with guests and subordinates and good organizational skills;
- you are looking for a stable place of work and multitasking attracts you;
- coffee is in your heart).
