25 Coffee Roasters is a company with more than 10 years of history. Once we were among the 10 first coffee roasters in Ukraine. And now we already have a great team behind us, many different achievements, implemented directions and many more development ideas and ambitions.
Due to scaling, we are looking for an additional person in the team for our barista chef. We are inviting an energetic, positive, experienced and very attractive trainer to our Barista School in our Kyiv branch.
We are also considering candidates from Kharkiv and Lviv for the creation of branches of the Barista School in these cities.
We expect you to:
- you know coffee well, have experience in coffee education and live by coffee;
- you have good taste and, preferably, experience managing a page in social networks. Or are you sure that you will do well :)
- a very charismatic, free-spirited and idealistic person, easy to get up to, you will be happy to share your thoughts, you love the camera, and the camera loves you);
- you are not afraid of multitasking, versatility and complexity;
- ready to work stably, full time.
What will have to be done is to help our brand barista, namely:
- conduct initial events at a barista school in Kyiv and other cities;
- manage the school page on Instagram (fill it with photos, videos, live broadcasts and create interesting events for the audience);
- take part in communication with those who wish to study, advise and organize all educational processes;
- between studies, participate in other tasks of the department (star in coffee videos, help customers with coffee issues, conduct audits and cappings;
- enjoy work and collect achievements.
